You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and support our marketing and sales objectives. This role requires the ability to create content in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Speakol's website.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality content in both English and Arabic, targeting diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new content ideas and strategies.
- Schedule and publish social media posts and email campaigns.
- Ensure content adheres to platform-specific advertising policies and quality standards.
- Analyze data from Meta, Google, and other platforms to assess content performance and optimize future campaigns.
- Generate performance reports across channels, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, best practices, and competitor activity.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Senior Content Creator or in a similar digital content role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, strategy, and results.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, MailChimp, WordPress, and related platforms.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of advertising quality requirements and compliance standards across major platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and social media best practices.
- A creative mindset with a passion for content and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with social media advertising, tracking pixels, and campaign performance analytics.
- Proficiency in reporting tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Excel/Google Sheets dashboards.
