The Job Summary
The Content Creator Supervisor BAIC is responsible for leading and managing all visual and video content production for BAIC's digital platforms. The role oversees planning, shooting, editing, and publishing high-impact content aligned with brand strategy, product positioning, and campaign objectives. This position supervises content creators and ensures all creative output supports brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals while maintaining compliance with BAIC global CI and PETROMIN brand standards.

Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement an annual and quarterly content production roadmap aligned with BAIC's business objectives, product launches, and promotional calendar.
- Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts and production plans.
- Ensure all content aligns with BAIC Global CI guidelines and PETROMIN brand identity standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to align creative direction with positioning strategy (technology, performance, premium value).
- Oversee campaign-based storytelling (Ramadan, National Day, Year-End Offers, Launch Events).
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative automotive-focused content ideas.
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital platforms.

Video Production, Shooting & Creative Direction
- Plan and participate in automotive video shoots (product highlights, feature demos, lifestyle content, test drives, showroom walkarounds).
- Contribute to pre-production planning including scriptwriting, storyboard development, shot lists, and scheduling.
- Ensure proper camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio quality to maintain premium production standards.
- Coordinate drone footage planning in line with local regulations and safety requirements.
- Support studio and outdoor shooting logistics (locations, permits, vehicle coordination).
- Ensure smooth production flow and timely turnaround from shooting to publishing.
- Organize and maintain a structured content asset library (raw footage, edited videos, photography assets).

Performance-Driven Content & Digital Optimization
- Work closely with Social Media Specialist to develop high-converting creative assets for paid campaigns.
- Analyze content performance metrics (engagement rate, watch time, retention rate, CTR, CPL).
- Continuously optimize hooks, pacing, thumbnails, captions, and storytelling structure to improve performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on video formats and messaging.
- Identify trends and adapt viral content formats to fit BAIC brand positioning.
- Contribute creative direction to lead-generation campaigns and showroom traffic initiatives.

Team Leadership, Supervision & Development
- Coordinate with Content Creators, Videographers, and Video Editors to ensure smooth production workflow.
- Support task allocation, set priorities, and follow up on deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Review content outputs to maintain high creative and brand standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance quality and consistency.
- Share best practices and support skill development within the creative team.
- Contribute to improving internal production processes and turnaround efficiency.
- Ensure strong collaboration between Content, Social Media, CRM, and Sales teams to align with campaign objectives.

On-Camera Presentation & Brand Representation
- A camera appears to present vehicle features, specifications, and promotional offers.
- Deliver product walkarounds, feature demonstrations, and launch announcements.
- Present campaign content in both Arabic and English when required.
- Maintain professional on-screen presence aligned with BAIC brand positioning.
- Support showroom events and activations through live or recorded presentations.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in media production, Film, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field

Professional Certifications
Certification in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or Media Production

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (automotive experience preferred)

Languages Proficiency
Fluency in English & Arabic
