Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator + Video Editor role based in Dubai. The role involves planning, scripting, and producing engaging photo and video content for property listings, social media channels, and marketing campaigns. The Content Creator + Video Editor will capture and edit footage of residential and commercial properties, optimize content for digital platforms, and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, scheduling shoots, organizing media assets, and delivering content on tight timelines. The role also includes monitoring content performance, proposing creative concepts, and staying current with trends in real estate marketing and digital storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation and video editing

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing tools

• Strong storytelling, written, and visual communication skills

• Ability to plan and organize shoots, manage media libraries, and meet deadlines

• Diploma/Degree in Media, Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Experience in real estate, luxury brands, or lifestyle content is an advantage

• Must be able to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams
