Job Description
Perfect Balance Rehabilitation Centre | Abu Dhabi, UAE | On-site, Full-time
Healthcare content doesn't have to feel clinical. At Perfect Balance, we want ours to feel human, modern and impossible to scroll past.
We're looking for an experienced Content Creator / Video Editor to join our marketing team in Abu Dhabi. This is a role for a visual storyteller, someone who can take an idea, a person or a clinical service and turn it into content that grabs attention, communicates clearly and feels native to today's social platforms.
You'll work side by side with our marketing team and with clinicians across rehabilitation, physiotherapy, sports, women's health, paediatrics, osteopathy and more.
What you'll own
•Planning, shooting and editing Reels, short-form video and social-first content
•Turning briefs into strong concepts, hooks and visual stories
•Directing healthcare professionals on set so their performances feel natural and engaging
•Creating content that feels modern and platform-native, not like traditional corporate healthcare
•The full production workflow: concept, filming, lighting and audio, editing, final delivery
•Adapting your editing style to the story, platform and audience
•Proactively pitching new ideas, formats and creative references
•Keeping our visual identity consistent across every piece of content
•Organising footage, projects and production schedules
•Working with the marketing team to improve content based on performance data.
What we're looking for
•3+ years of professional experience in content creation, videography, video editing or a closely related role
•A strong portfolio or showreel (essential)
•Solid command of camera operation, composition, lighting and audio
•Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or equivalent tools
•A real understanding of short-form storytelling: hooks, pacing, retention and current formats
•The ability to own projects with minimal supervision
•Confidence directing people who aren't used to being on camera
•Sharp creative judgement and attention to detail
•The ability to juggle multiple shoots and deliverables without compromising quality
Nice to have
•Motion graphics, photography or graphic design skills
•Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, hospitality or premium service brands
Experience in those sectors helps, but creativity and portfolio quality matter more.
