Content Creator, Videographer and Coach - Dubai

We are building something exciting in Dubai.

ELITE is an esports education programme helping students develop real world skills in videography, digital media, technical production, and esports event management.

Now we are looking for a Content Creator & Videographer who wants to help us grow.

This is more than a filming role.

You will become the creative engine behind the ELITE brand, helping showcase student talent and building a programme that schools, students, and parents want to be part of.

Job Description:

Film and produce high quality video content from esports events and student programmes

Create engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn

Help build the ELITE brand through creative storytelling

Produce promotional videos that showcase student projects and competitions

Support students in learning videography, editing and digital media skills

Person Specification:

Has strong videography and editing skills

Understands social media content creation

Is creative and enjoys storytelling through video

Is passionate about gaming, esports, or digital media

Enjoys mentoring or working with young people

Creative Direction:

Building a brand from the beginning

Mentoring students in media production

Potential leadership as the programme grows

Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Canva, or similar editing software would be beneficial.

This role has the potential to grow into Creative Director as the business expands.
