Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Content Creator who can independently develop content ideas and execute them at a professional level. This role requires strong creative thinking, hands-on production skills, and high-end editing ability.
This is not a beginner role. We need someone who understands both creative direction and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop realistic, high-performing content ideas suitable for social media and brand storytelling
- Plan and execute shoots independently or with minimal supervision
- Operate professional cameras and understand framing, composition, and storytelling
- Set up and use lighting properly based on environment and content needs
- Edit videos using professional editing software with strong attention to detail
- Deliver clean, high-quality content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Manage footage, organize files, and meet deadlines consistently
Required Skills
- Strong videography skills (camera operation, framing, movement)
- Solid understanding of lighting (natural and artificial)
- Professional editing skills using tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual quality
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or content-driven businesses
- Experience shooting social media content, commercial content, or brand content
- Based in Dubai
- Available for immediate start
