Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos (reels, short-form videos, stories)
- Write engaging captions and basic copy aligned with brand tone
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on content ideas and campaigns
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a content creator, social media executive, or similar role
- Strong skills in photo and video creation/editing
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Real estate or lifestyle content experience is an advantage
