Job Description

General description:

Expertise, assistance, consultancy, and development in the field of content design, visual design, brand identity, and creative direction.

Expertise in designing and maintaining brand systems, high-impact presentations, and creative assets for internal and external communication.

Involvement at the intersection of design, brand strategy, and storytelling, with an emphasis on consistency, design excellence, and innovation through AI-enhanced design tools.

Nature of the tasks:

  • Lead and execute internal creative design projects, including branding materials, logos, product identity assets, and internal campaign visuals
  • Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all communication channels
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, HR, and Leadership teams to create compelling visual presentations and branded content
  • Design and elevate executive-level PowerPoint/Keynote presentations for leadership and internal events
  • Provide creative direction, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers or external freelance resources
  • Maintain and organize a comprehensive library of brand assets, templates, and design systems
  • Research, explore, and integrate AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, Runway) to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency
  • Support storytelling initiatives aligned with brand strategy and organizational goals

Educational qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.

Technical expertise:

With focus on:

  • Visual design, branding, content design, and creative direction
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
  • Figma, PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced design tools
  • Understanding of digital design trends and brand systems
  • Motion design or animation experience (nice to have)

Professional experience:

Minimum 7-8 years of experience in:

  • Visual design, content design, brand design, or art direction
  • Working in agency environments or in-house creative/brand teams
  • Building and executing brand identity, presentation design, and large-scale creative projects

Language skills:

Strong command of English (spoken and written).

Other specific expertise:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, especially within AI-enhanced design
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Affinity for storytelling and strategic brand communication
