The Content Executive will own day to day in house content creation for the UAE market across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant social platforms. The role is responsible for producing engaging, high quality content that builds brand awareness, strengthens community engagement, and supports performance marketing through paid creative assets.
This role requires someone who understands the UAE market, is highly creative, and can independently plan, shoot, edit, and deliver social first content at pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content creation and production
- Plan, shoot, and edit short form photo and video content including Reels, TikTok, Stories, static posts, and carousels. Ensure all content aligns with Brau's brand guidelines while remaining engaging and platform native.
- Social first storytelling
- Develop content that feels authentic to each platform, using trending formats, audio, and storytelling techniques to maximize reach and engagement.
- Local cultural relevance
- Incorporate UAE specific cultural moments, lifestyle trends, and seasonal events to ensure content feels locally relevant and resonates with the regional audience.
- Multi channel execution
- Adapt content for both organic social media and paid advertising placements including social feeds, stories, and performance ads. Ensure assets are optimized for platform specifications and marketing objectives.
- Content planning and coordination
- Work closely with the central marketing team to develop and execute monthly content calendars. Manage shoot planning, timelines, approvals, and asset delivery while maintaining clear organization of content pipelines.
- Project and asset management
- Track projects, deadlines, and content assets using Notion or a similar workflow tool to ensure visibility and efficient collaboration across teams.
- Performance awareness and optimization
- Monitor basic content performance signals across organic and paid channels. Identify patterns in engagement and creative performance and apply insights to continuously improve future content.
Requirements:
- Two to four years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to shoot and edit high quality social first content using mobile or camera equipment. Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram formats, trends, and algorithm driven content strategies.
- Able to identify trends early and translate them into content that aligns with brand tone and marketing objectives.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment while coordinating with cross functional teams including marketing, creative, and performance teams.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market, audience behaviors, and cultural nuances.
