Job Summary

Would you rather do a bit of everything than specialise in one channel

We are looking for a marketer who is comfortable across content and campaigns. Someone who can put a piece of content together, get a campaign live, and then look at how it performed and work out what to do next.

You will be part of the global marketing team, where ideas are planned together and support is provided.

Hotel101 is opening in new markets and every launch needs content, campaigns and collateral. A big part of this role is helping us build something repeatable, so we are not starting from scratch each time.

What We Offer

  • Variety. Brand, content, campaigns, e-commerce and CRM, rather than one channel for the next three years.
  • Travel, and the chance to make content in the markets we are opening.
  • We are always exploring new tools and better ways of working, AI included, and we welcome anyone who enjoys doing the same.
  • Room to grow as we grow. We are continuing to expand into new countries.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaigns

  • Help us plan and run campaigns across social, search, e-commerce, media and offline. You will be involved from the first idea through to the results.
  • Look after our brand. That means keeping our guidelines and asset library in good shape, and helping local teams out when they are putting something together.
  • Work on our promotions, from festive campaigns to opening offers. You will sort out the details and make sure everything is ready to go on time.
  • Help bring new hotels to market. When a property opens, you will help pull together the content, the campaign and the collateral it needs.
  • Ensure that content, campaigns, promotions and partnerships comply with applicable legal, regulatory, platform, brand and internal approval requirements, including required disclosures and disclaimers.

Content & Creative

  • Take the lead on content at our properties and in market. You will come up with the idea, brief it, and work with photographers and videographers on the day.
  • Take ownership of asset creation, producing work in-house wherever it makes sense: social posts, EDMs, campaign visuals and decks. We will talk through the direction together before you dive in.
  • Write and edit our copy, from captions and scripts to EDMs and the occasional landing page.
  • Look after our social channels and keep a content calendar that works for every market.
  • Secure and maintain the necessary licences, consents, releases, approvals and usage rights for third-party content, images, footage and other creative assets.

Digital & Performance

  • Run our paid campaigns on search and social, for both unit sales enquiries and room bookings.
  • Help us show up better in search, on our own site, and across the booking platforms and listing sites where guests find us.
  • Keep an eye on conversion, from landing pages and forms through to the booking flow and enquiry follow-up. Growing direct bookings is something we care a lot about.
  • Keep the website and app up to date, so promotions, links and pages are accurate and live when they should be.
  • Help with CRM and marketing automation, so buyers and guests hear from us at the right moment.
  • Look back at how campaigns performed and tell us what you think we should change next time.
  • Handle buyer and guest data, CRM communications and marketing preferences in accordance with applicable data-protection and direct-marketing requirements.

Events & Partnerships

  • Help us get ready for exhibitions, roadshows and networking events: collateral, booth materials, presentations and the follow-up afterwards.
  • Work with our agencies, KOLs and media partners in each market.

Working With the Team

  • Work closely with the wider marketing team. We share what we are working on, and there is always someone to talk an idea through with.
  • Team up with local sales, hotel operations and revenue colleagues so campaigns and launches land properly in each market.
  • Keep everyone in the loop as campaigns and launches progress, so nothing catches anyone by surprise.

Qualifications

  • All-rounder mindset. You would rather pick something new up than pass it to someone else.
  • 3 to 5 years in marketing, with hands-on experience in content and campaigns.
  • You can put content together yourself, including editing video and turning raw footage and assets into something we can publish.
  • Design skills. You will be making real assets, so we are after someone who can do the work, not only brief it.
  • Comfortable with numbers. You can work out what performance data is telling you and what to do about it.
  • Some commercial sense. You have worked to a target before and you understand how promotions work.
  • Experience with SEO, CMS platforms and analytics tools.
  • Organised, and happy juggling a few campaigns and deadlines at once.
  • Open to travel, including longer trips when we are opening a new market.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across markets and seniority levels.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.

Good to Have

. Experience keeping a brand consistent across several markets.

. PR experience, or having worked alongside PR agencies.

. UI design experience, or having worked on website or app design.

. Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation.

. A background in hospitality, travel or the real estate industry.

. Agency experience. Having handled a few brands or accounts at once tends to translate well to a role like this.
