We are looking for a Content & Creative Lead to drive end-to-end content development within our digital marketing function. This role will be responsible for planning, producing, and managing high-quality content across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strong brand storytelling.
The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating project USPs and business objectives into clear creative direction while personally delivering high-quality content when required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead content strategy and execution across social media, performance marketing, WhatsApp, email, website and mobile app, and sales enablement platforms.
- Translate project USPs, product details, and business objectives into clear creative briefs and compelling storytelling.
- Ensure consistency, quality control, and brand alignment across all content and creative assets.
- Manage creative, content, and production agencies, including timelines, priorities, and budgets.
- Oversee content planning and creative direction for events, activations, shoots, and project progress updates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align content deliverables with campaign launches.
- Manage procurement, contracts, invoicing, and financial coordination related to creative and content partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 57 years of experience in a relevant content or digital marketing role.
- Prior experience in digital advertising and leading content strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Real estate experience is a plus.
- Agency-side experience is an added advantage.
