Part-time role: (10 Hours A Week)

We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing online coaching brand. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, social media, and strategic repurposing of content across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with the founder to transform raw ideas, videos, and insights into high-impact content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more. If you're excited about digital marketing, personal branding, and content that drives leads, sales and engagement, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Research
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, trending sounds, industry topics, and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in brainstorming content ideas based on analytics and audience behavior.
  • Support lead-generation content, funnel-related assets, and growth-focused experiments.
  • Work on creating video scripts, on-screen hooks and brand identity for short-form videos.

Content Creation & Repurposing
  • Convert long-form videos, podcast clips, training content, and live streams into short-form videos, quote graphics, carousels, and micro-content.
  • Repurpose core content pillars into platform-optimized posts for FB/IG/TT/YouTube Shorts, ensuring each piece is tailored to the unique requirements of the channel.
  • Write captions, hooks, headlines, and CTAs aligned with brand voice and audience psychology.
  • Turn raw footage into engaging short-form video edits - that are consistent with brand voice and design - using CapCut or other video edit tools.
  • Create SOPs and standard processes to make editing and content distribution easier.

Social Media Management
  • Schedule and publish content across all platforms using tools like GoHighLevel Social Media Planner.
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence aligned with the brand's marketing calendar.
  • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve reach and interaction.
  • Take charge of static content for Instagram Stories.

Analytics & Optimization
  • Track content performance and prepare weekly insights reports.
  • Recommend improvements for higher engagement, retention, and conversions.

Requirements
  • Based in the UAE.
  • 13 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).
  • Excellent writing skills with a flair for hooks, storytelling, and emotionally resonant content.
  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in the coaching, freelancing, or personal development space.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimization.
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma).
  • Understanding of funnels, paid ads, or online courses.
