Forever Estates is a profitable startup disrupting the UAE real estate market. We operate at the intersection of brokerage and investment advisory, targeting affluent and high-net-worth individuals.

We're building the world's largest real estate social media ecosystem across YouTube, Instagram, and new platforms. Content is central to our acquisition strategy, generating 7-figure monthly sales and driving global expansion.

As we scale, we are launching multiple new language channels to replicate the success of our main English channel.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Content Operations Manager to launch and operate new YouTube channels (French, Arabic, and additional languages). You will own the end-to-end setup of each new channel - from assembling the team to ensuring every video goes live on time.

This is a hybrid role across producer, operations lead, and project manager. You will take a channel from zero to fully operational, working within a defined launch budget and monthly run budget. After launch, you will ensure smooth weekly production with zero bottlenecks.

Your mission: make the whole system work fast, reliably, and without micromanagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel Launch (YouTube + Instagram later)

• Build and execute a full launch plan for each new language channel.
• Assemble the entire operational team:
• Channel manager
• Editor
• Thumbnail designer
• Translator / script localizer
• Host(s)
• Prepare all assets needed for launch: branding, templates, subtitles, scripts, workflows.
• Deliver the first batch of videos within the agreed launch budget and timeline.

Content Production Operations

• Own the weekly content pipeline end-to-end:
• Scripts translated and localized
• Filming coordinated and delivered on time
• Editors receive materials promptly
• Thumbnails produced and approved
• Videos uploaded with correct metadata and schedule
• Maintain a transparent operational dashboard (Notion) showing status of every deliverable.
• Enforce deadlines and remove blockers proactively.

Problem-Solving & Firefighting

• Handle unexpected blockers independently - whether operational, creative, or logistical.
• Make decisions quickly to keep the production cycle moving.
• Ensure no delays in posting and no breakdowns in workflow.

Scaling & System Building

• Create repeatable playbooks for launching future channels.
• Improve processes, talent pools, and tools over time.
• Help expand into Instagram and short-form operations for foreign language markets.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

You will assemble and manage a distributed network of freelancers and specialists, including:

• Hosts / voice-over talents
• Translators & localizers
• Editors
• Thumbnail designers
• Channel managers

You will ensure the entire team operates as a cohesive, reliable unit.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in video production, content operations, or creative project management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple freelancers and workflows simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently and handle situations not covered by any existing playbook.
• Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
