Gunners Media FZE is looking for a creative, trend-aware, and hands-on Content & Social Media Specialist to manage and develop the company's social media content, support our network of creators, and contribute to the development of our media productions.

This is not simply a social media posting role.

We are looking for someone who understands content creation, social media trends, audience engagement, advertising content, creator development, and digital media formats.

The role covers three main areas:

1. Gunners Media's social media content

2. Content development support for our creators

3. Creative content support for sketches, podcasts, media shows, and other productions

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Company Content

- Manage Gunners Media's social media accounts and day-to-day content activities.

- Develop and execute weekly and monthly content plans and content calendars.

- Generate ideas for TikTok videos, Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, and other digital content.

- Develop engaging, trend-based, educational, promotional, and brand-building content.

- Create concepts and content directions for advertising and promotional campaigns.

- Write captions, hooks, CTAs, content briefs, and short-form video scripts.

- Monitor social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the company.

- Coordinate content production and publishing across different platforms.

- Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve results.

- Support content coverage for company events, creator activities, competitions, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.

- Support community engagement and audience interaction when required.

2. Creator Content Development

- Work directly with Gunners Media creators to help improve and develop their content.

- Generate content ideas, formats, trends, hooks, and video concepts based on each creator's personality and audience.

- Support creators in developing their personal brands and social media presence.

- Review creator content and provide practical and creative feedback.

- Assist with content structure, presentation, hooks, storytelling, and creative direction.

- Help creators identify suitable trends and adapt them to their individual content style.

- Participate in brainstorming, content development, and creator training sessions.

- Support creators in producing more consistent, engaging, and higher-quality content.

3. Media Productions, Sketches & Podcasts

Gunners Media also develops sketches, podcasts, media programs, and other original media content.

The Content & Social Media Specialist will contribute to the creative and content development process, including:

- Participate in brainstorming sessions for sketches, podcasts, shows, and other media formats.

- Research topics, trends, references, guests, and content opportunities.

- Suggest topics, episode ideas, segments, formats, hooks, and discussion points.

- Help structure and develop content concepts before production.

- Review content from a digital audience and social media perspective.

- Suggest ways to turn long-form productions into Reels, TikTok clips, Shorts, teasers, and promotional content.

- Coordinate with creators, presenters, production teams, and management on content requirements.

- Support content preparation before shoots and assist with content-related requirements during production when needed.

- Help identify the strongest moments and ideas that can be repurposed into social media content.

Important: This is not a Screenwriter/Scriptwriter position. The specialist will contribute ideas, research, content development, and creative support, but will not be expected to professionally write full scripts or screenplays.

Requirements

- Previous professional experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Content Marketing, Creative Content, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, short-form video, and current social media trends.

- Strong ability to consistently generate creative and relevant content ideas.

- Understanding of Organic Content, Engagement Content, Brand Content, and Advertising/Promotional Content.

- Good copywriting and short-form scriptwriting skills.

- Strong understanding of Hooks, CTAs, storytelling, and audience retention.

- Ability to contribute creatively to podcasts, sketches, shows, and other media formats.

- Strong research and brainstorming skills.

- Ability to analyze content performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.

- Comfortable working directly with Content Creators, Influencers, UGC Creators, presenters, and digital talent.

- Ability to guide creators and provide clear, constructive feedback.

- Understanding of Personal Branding and Creator Growth.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Good command of English.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content calendars simultaneously.

- A portfolio or previous content samples are required.

- Candidates living in Nasr City or nearby areas are preferred.

Work Model

The position is primarily on-site at our office in Makram Ebeid, Nasr City.

During certain periods when the core management team is operating from the UAE, the team may temporarily work remotely.

Working days are flexible according to the company's operational schedule.
