Head or lead of Brand Content (Arabic Speaker)

We are headhunting for a Head of Content (or Lead) to join one of the region's most agile digital fashion brands. This is a role for someone young, hungry, and talented who wants to move from Manager to Leader.
The Mission
This isn't just about strategy it's about execution. You will lead the creative lifecycle from the first mood board to the final vertical video.
- On-Ground Leadership: You'll lead fashion campaign shoots (concepting mood boards execution). Yes, that includes the occasional 6pm-6am overnight shoot for that perfect campaign light.
- Social-First DNA: You will own the growth of organic channels (targeting 500k+ followers). If you don't live in the TikTok/Snapchat/IG editor, this isn't for you.
- Arabic-First DNA: You will be the guardian of our core identity in the Kingdom. All content is Arabic-first, from homepages to push notifications.
- Influencer Orchestration: You'll identify the right creators, fix rates, and direct their content to ensure it hits our brand hook every time.
- Team Leadership: You'll inspire and manage a fast-paced team of copywriters and creators in an agile environment.
Who You Are
- Preferred Arabic Speaker: Deeply tuned into the cultural nuances of the KSA/GCC market.
- Fashion/Beauty Background: You've cut your teeth at places like Namshi, Ounass, Zara, or H&M, or within a high-spec creative agency.
- The Maturity Factor: You have the maturity to lead a team but the tuned-in energy to share constant ideas.
- Agile Mindset: You thrive in a 10 am 7:30 pm world where the work is fast, the ideas are constant, and the growth is real.
