Content Strategist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote training and IT services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and emerging trends.
• Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and web.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design promotional materials and content that align with the company's mission.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Coordinate and participate in events, workshops, and seminars to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage the company's online presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, budgets, and outcomes for management review.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the training or IT sector or a similar sector.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Proven ability of being an excellent content writer.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in organizing and promoting events or workshops.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
