Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop a cohesive content strategy aligned with Worood's brand identity, marketing goals, and seasonal campaigns.
- Plan and oversee monthly content calendars across all digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual direction across channels.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into strong content concepts.
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and empower the content team (copywriters, designers, media production team)
- Provide ongoing feedback, training, and support to enhance team skills and performance.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor workflow to ensure timely, high-quality output.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and creative team environment.
- Creative Direction
- Brainstorm and develop original ideas for storytelling, campaigns, social content, product highlights, and brand moments.
- Direct the creative process for photoshoots, reels, videos, and editorial content.
- Ensure all visuals and copy reflect the brand's aesthetic, values, and emotional identity.
- Push for innovation in content formats, styles, and creative approaches.
- Marketing Integration
- Partner with the marketing team to align content with performance goals, customer insights, and brand positioning.
- Analyze campaign performance and content results to refine future strategies.
- Ensure content supports sales initiatives, product launches, and engagement objectives.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activations, and emerging content styles.
- Quality Control & Optimization
- Review and approve all content before publishing to maintain quality standards.
- Optimize content for digital channels, including SEO, social algorithms, and platform best practices.
- Track content KPIs and generate insights-based recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with brand, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure content reflects product stories and customer needs.
- Align with PR, influencers, and partnerships to ensure unified messaging.
- Participate in campaign planning, brand events, and creative brainstorming sessions.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
- 47 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or creative direction.
- Proven experience leading a creative or content team.
