Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time Content Writer based in Doha to lead and manage content creation for both People And Qatar and our client campaigns.

You will be responsible for developing content calendars, writing for social and web, and working closely with our partnerships and production teams to ensure strong, clear, and consistent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly content plans for social media and website
• Write clear, engaging copy for Instagram captions, TikTok scripts, carousels, and blog articles
• Research trends and topics relevant to the Qatari and regional audience
• Align content with current cultural, digital, and platform trends
• Collaborate with the in-house brand manager and videographer, as well designers
• Track and report on content performance using social media analytics
• Respond to internal feedback and client input with clarity and precision

Requirements

• Degree in Mass Media, Communication, Journalism, or similar
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a content writer or social media manager
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
• Fluent in English (required); Arabic fluency is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform behavior, and audience engagement
• Comfortable interpreting content performance data to improve output
• Knowledge of the Qatari and GCC market
• Fast learner with strong communication and time management skills

Must be based in Doha and available for in-person work
