We are looking for a strategic, creative, and marketing-driven Content Writer & Social Media Specialist who understands how content builds brands, drives authority, and generates measurable business growth.

This role goes beyond writing. It requires research, strategic thinking, platform expertise, creative direction, execution ownership, and performance accountability.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Execution

Develop comprehensive social media and content strategies aligned with brand positioning, audience insights, and business objectives

Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and trend mapping to identify growth opportunities

Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, seasonal trends, and performance insights

Plan, create, and execute content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest) with strong platform-specific understanding (formats, algorithms, audience behavior, and trends)

Adapt tone and messaging by platform B2B positioning for LinkedIn, trend-based short-form for TikTok, search-optimized scripts for YouTube, discovery-driven content for Pinterest, and community-focused content for Facebook

Create high-performing reel scripts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with strong hooks, retention strategies, storytelling structure, and conversion-focused CTAs

Write engaging podcast scripts, episode outlines, and structured conversation flows

Provide clear script direction during shoots including tone, visual flow, scene transitions, and on-camera delivery guidance

Source and coordinate influencers, creators, and models for shoots including outreach, shortlisting, and alignment with campaign goals

Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions

Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly social media performance reports, along with forward-looking content plans and strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Content Writing

Conduct in-depth research including keyword research, search intent analysis, topic clustering, and competitor benchmarking

Write well-researched, SEO-driven blog articles aligned with ranking goals

Structure content for readability, engagement, and conversion

Proofread, edit, and optimize content to improve clarity and search performance

Monitor content performance, extract insights, and continuously refine strategy

Write high-converting landing pages aligned with campaign objectives, user journey, and conversion strategy

Create website copy including service pages, about pages, product descriptions, and core brand messaging

Develop company documents such as profiles, brochures, capability decks, proposals, and internal brand documents

Write persuasive investor decks and marketing presentations with strong narrative structure

Publish and format blogs, landing pages, and website content directly on WordPress

Ensure website content is updated, aligned with brand messaging, and conversion-optimized

Requirements

Strong foundation in marketing principles, brand positioning, and conversion psychology

Proven experience in content writing and multi-platform social media management

Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest best practices

Strong SEO knowledge including keyword research, search intent, and content structuring

Hands-on experience with WordPress publishing and basic on-page SEO implementation

Ability to write landing pages and website copy that drives conversions

Experience creating company documents, presentations, and structured business communication materials

Strong creative thinking with innovative, out-of-the-box ideas

Experience leveraging AI tools for content and SMM workflows

Ownership mindset with proactive execution

Understanding of basic design principles is a strong plus

Strong team collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills
