Job Purpose
The role holder will Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of CME activities performance & outcomes evaluation data to demonstrate the impact of CME activities and support continuous quality improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of outcomes evaluation strategies for CME activities in alignment with Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) outcomes expectations.
- Develop and maintain evaluation tools and methodologies to assess learner satisfaction, competence, performance, and patient outcomes.
- Collect, validate, and analyze learner feedback and outcomes data from multiple CME formats including live, virtual, and enduring materials.
- Analyze data to measure educational impact and identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive outcomes and performance reports for internal review, Continuous Medical Education Committee (CMEC), and accreditation submissions.
- Collaborate with program planners and faculty to align learning objectives with measurable outcomes.
- Ensure outcomes of data collection and reporting processes comply with accreditation standards and internal quality frameworks.
- Translate outcomes of data into actionable insights to support organizational quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and dashboards to support accreditation reviews and leadership reporting.
