This position reports to
Hub Commercial Operation Manager, MEA
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local
organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and
coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by
deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the electrification in MEA region.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Implementing the local CI strategy using Lean Six Sigma (L6S), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Sharing & collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive execution and escalate issues when needed to eliminating roadblocks. Additionally, review processes and analyze root causes to identify projects or initiatives, executing improvement projects with measurable outcomes for MEA and Countries.
- identifying key team members in each function to support project execution at the location.
- Encouraging skill development in Lean Six Sigma (L6S) and advocate for their involvement in relevant projects.
- Acting as a key resource for customers continuous improvement efforts, ensuring sustainable operations. Facilitating resource coordination (machines, people, functions) to achieve business goals while enabling customers to develop long-term competencies.
- Ensuring organization-wide visibility of continuous improvement initiatives by tracking progress and value through metrics/KPIs.
- Collaborating with other CI leaders to standardize processes and implement best practices, driving consistency and efficiency across operations.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
- 10+years of experience in a similar role
- You are at ease communicating in English
- Extensive knowledge of LV & MV components
- Leadership skills
