Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator located in Heliopolis. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, negotiation, and management of company contracts. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing contract terms and conditions, maintaining contract documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies, and collaborating with procurement and other departments to align contractual obligations with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Analytical Skills to review and interpret contract terms, legal documents, and financial information
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and effectively convey contract-related information
  • Experience and understanding of Procurement processes and best practices
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software for contract and document management is an advantage
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and regulations related to contracts is beneficial
