POSITION SUMMARY
The International Franchise Contract Administrator is primarily responsible for preparing and maintaining the franchise-related contracts for the Hardee's and Carl's Jr. global franchise business. Reviews corporate entity structures, drafts and amends contracts relating to international franchise relationships, and maintains the franchise contract database.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
May perform any or all of the following duties:
- Reviews, examines, and analyzes corporate entity structures (corporations, partnerships, limited liability corporations, etc.) for franchise entities to ensure compliance with franchise-related agreements.
- Oversees the distribution of the Company's international Franchise Disclosure Documents.
- Drafts, edits, and maintains various forms of contracts relating to the company's international franchise relationships, including the preparation of all franchise agreements, renewal franchise agreements, and transfer-related documents.
- Transmits all franchise documentation for execution and processes signed franchise agreements upon receipt.
- Reviews and summarizes key agreement terms and provisions and provides details to appropriate internal business partners.
- Communicates with franchisees and internal business partners to carry out assigned duties.
- Maintains the departmental franchise contracts database and tracks key agreement terms, including expiration dates, renewal dates, and fees.
- Prepares and maintains written documentation of processes and checklists related to assigned duties.
- Attends training to remain current on industry trends.
- Participates in company meetings, webinars, and conference calls.
- Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES
- Must possess approximately two (2) to three (3) years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of contract management, including contract coordination and database management.
- Prior franchise contract management experience is highly preferred.
- Working proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
- Previous experience with PeopleSoft and MS Access Preferred.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple projects individually or with a team.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must have a strong work ethic and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Remote, supporting the Dubai office, which is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of activity and a deadline-driven environment.
