Make your career real with Hilti We are looking for a motivated UAE National who wants to kickstart or grow their career in Contract Administration within our Large Projects team. This role plays a key part in supporting complex construction bids and ensuring professional, timely, and compliant /sales, and internal support functions, gaining valuable exposure to large-scale projects in a collaborative environment.
What You'll do As a Contract Administrator, your main responsibility will be to support the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process for Large Projects.
You Will
- Support the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process for Large Projects
- Prepare and coordinate project bids and quotations
- Manage bid and proposal documentation throughout the bid lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and Hilti standards
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and backend teams
- Support post-bid clarifications and revisions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of contract administration processes
What You'll Bring - UAE National (Emiratised role)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals welcome
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills in English
