About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with our account managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver solutions that align with their strategic goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools will be advantageous. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS and other databases.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams regarding recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance CGR's presence and reputation in the talent acquisition space.
