Euro Mechanical is looking for a Contract Administrator.

The Contracts Administrator is responsible of providing administrative and document-control support to the Contracts Manager by maintaining contract records, coordinating approvals/signatures, preparing routine correspondence using templates, and tracking key dates, deliverables, securities and insurances across tendering, execution and close-out stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain contract documentation, registers, EDMS folders, version control, transmittals, approvals, and archiving.
- Provide pre-award administrative support including tender documentation, deviation/clarification logs, checklist completion, and routing approvals per DoA.
- Support post-award administration through preparation of handover packs, tracking securities/insurances, monitoring key dates, and maintaining notices/claims logs.
- Maintain obligations trackers, notice diaries, and risk/deviation registers; issue reminders and escalate overdue actions when required.
- Draft routine contractual correspondence using approved templates and coordinate internal reviews prior to issuance.
- Support subcontract administration, ensuring template compliance and recording deviations for approval.
- Organize and maintain claims records and supporting documentation; assist in compiling submissions (without independent assessment).
- Support negotiation preparation by compiling comparison tables, trackers, meeting minutes, and updating logs post-negotiation.
- Coordinate commercial close-out documentation, track outstanding actions, and support final account compilation.
- Maintain lessons-learned logs and assist in updating checklists and standard templates.
- Ensure compliance with Contracts Policy, CLM controls, DoA requirements, and audit readiness standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in contract management within the oil & gas sector, preferably with exposure to both tendering and project execution phases.
- Familiarity with CLM/EDMS systems and practical experience in drafting, stakeholder coordination, and structured record-keeping.
