We are seeking a finance specialist to join Dh Residential Services Div out of Central Community Services Department.
Dh Residential Services Div is responsible for providing and delivering comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and billing services that support the organization's operational efficiency and community services. The team ensures accurate financial management of utilities and services, supports cost optimization, and contributes to strategic decision-making aligned with the wider organizational objectives.
Duties and responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
- Oversee and administer monthly utility billing process (Electricity and Sweet Water) to 4,500+ Dhahran Camp residents across Main Camp, Dhahran Hills and Jebel Heights
- Oversee and administer monthly utility billing process (Electricity, Gas and Sweet Water) to 156 Ar-Rabiyah Camp residents across 5-Phases
- Process utility charges utilizing SAP PRH Payroll Data Entry (PDE) for Active Employees and Miscellaneous Customer Service (MCS ) for Non-Active Employees
- Analyze reading accuracy and check abnormalities in consumption to ensure data integrity and accountability
- Develop KPI, trend analysis and other performance metrics to enhance operations
Requirements
- As the successful candidate you will hold Bachelor degree in Finance from a recognized and approved program
- You will have 5 years and above experience in planning and finance, including at least 3 years in billing services
- You will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You must have experience in financial systems and data analysis tools
- You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Experience in utility billing processes is required
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also necessary
- You will also have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- You will have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
