ASMO is a groundbreaking joint venture between DHL and Aramco. Inheriting DHL's logistics excellence and Aramco's extensive supply chain ecosystem, we are here to set a new benchmark and redefine the procurement and supply chain landscape, enabling growth.

ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.

Objective:

We are seeking an exceptional Contract Administration and Claims Director to lead commercial, contractual, and claims management functions on large-scale infrastructure and development projects. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in construction contracts, dispute resolution, and commercial governance to serve as a trusted adviser to executive stakeholders.

General Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex contracts, ensuring accuracy, risk mitigation, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead the review and resolution of claims, including disputes with third parties, customers, and suppliers.
  • Manage waivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and assessing their strategic impact.
  • Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract lifecycle management.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual obligations, claims, and waivers.
  • Identify and mitigate potential legal and contractual risks in contracts and claims, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and the company internal policies.
  • Conduct audits of existing contracts to identify improvement areas and ensure adherence to policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in engineering, Law, business, or related discipline from a reputable university
  • 13 years of experience in contract, claims, dispute resolutions, preferably in Supply Chain, Petrochemical, Energy sectors.
