Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Contract Engineer to oversee project financial performance and contractual compliance across multiple projects. The role involves leading the cost control function, managing contracts, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the cost control and contract team to ensure accurate financial and contractual management.
• Develop, monitor, and update project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs and implement corrective measures.
• Review, draft, and manage contracts, amendments, and claims in coordination with project and legal teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
• Prepare periodic cost and contract reports for management review.
• Support procurement and project teams with cost and contractual evaluations.
• Coordinate with planning and technical teams to ensure financial and contractual targets are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management .
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control and contract management, preferably within the construction or façade industry.
• Strong command of cost estimation, budgeting, and reporting techniques.
• Proven experience with contract negotiation and claims management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
