Contracts Engineer
Duration : 1 Year and extendable
Experience : 12 years of experience; Oil and Gas experience preferred
We are seeking a qualified Contracts Engineer to support Oil & Gas projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, commercial agreements, and tenders
- Oversee the procurement process in alignment with company procedures
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with project, legal, and procurement teams to resolve contractual issues
- Monitor contractor performance and assist with contract close-out activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10 -12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector
- Strong knowledge of contract management and commercial practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
