The Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by acting as the key link between our customers and warehouse operations.

Based at our Pioneer Crescent Warehouse, you'll manage customer enquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure supply chain activities run smoothly from order receipt through to delivery. Whether you're beginning your logistics career or looking to build on your customer service experience, this role offers the opportunity to develop within one of the world's leading logistics organisations.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to enquiries, requests, and operational issues.
  • Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Keep customers informed of order progress and proactively communicate any operational updates.
  • Prepare and manage operational documentation, including cycle count reports, invoices, and system transactions.
  • Coordinate customer billing, ensuring invoices and supporting documentation are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies, escalating where appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all customer contractual requirements and service level agreements are consistently achieved.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support seamless supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics, or warehousing is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer focus.
