Job Summary

The Contract Management Officer is responsible for supporting the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and reviewing contracts to monitoring compliance, managing renewals, and maintaining contract records. The role ensures that contractual obligations are fulfilled, risks are minimized, and organizational policies and legal requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and process contracts, amendments, and related legal documents.
  • Coordinate the contract approval and signature process with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a centralized contract management system and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor contract performance, deliverables, milestones, and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Track contract expiration dates, renewals, extensions, and termination notices.
  • Identify contractual risks and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and project teams to resolve contract-related matters.
  • Support negotiations by preparing contract documentation and analyzing contract terms.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare contract status reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding contractual obligations and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required contract documentation.
  • Recommend improvements to contract management processes and documentation standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in contract administration, procurement, supply chain, legal support, or purchasing operations.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management.
