Job-Specific Responsibilities Contract Management

Collaborate with end-users to develop robust contracting strategies, ensuring the timely availability of services and alignment with business objectives.
▪
Facilitate engineering, technical, and commercial reviews of scopes of work from various business units, identifying potential risks and ensuring the company's interests are safeguarded.
▪
Review tender documents for complex and high-value services, ensuring they meet the standards of quality and precision.
▪
Organize reviews of technical and commercial bids, facilitating the selection of suitable contracts that support project execution and end-user requirements.
▪
Propose rewards & recognition of contractors for contracts in Operation
▪
Prepare, monitor and provide evaluation of contractor overall performance Contract Performance Evaluation
▪
Assess contractor performance (incl. HSSE compliance, employee welfare surveys, etc) to determine the necessity for contract amendments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and performance standards. Relationship Building
▪
Foster strong working relationships with contractors to facilitate smooth operations and effective service delivery. Contractor Safety Management
▪
Support the implementation of HSSE requirements by ensuring contractor documentation is collected, reviewed, and validated during contract setup and execution phases.
▪
Participate in site audits, inspections, and contractor safety meetings alongside HSSE representatives, documenting findings and ensuring
follow-through on corrective actions. Risk Management

Evaluate commercial risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on tender and contract delivery schedules. Providing Contracting Expertise

Provide expert advice on the tendering and contracting process, incorporating the latest financial, technical, and commercial insights to ensure end-users are well-informed and equipped to make strategic decisions. Cost Optimization

Perform contract cost analysis and vigilantly monitor savings to contribute to the company's cost-saving initiatives. Continuous Improvement

Proactively identify operational improvement opportunities to support the business's evolving requirements. General Responsibilities Compliance

Education Qualification- Engineering degree is mandatory with minimum 4years experience.
