Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee end-to-end contract and commercial management for projects related to Instrumentation, SCADA, PLC, MBS, and Industrial 4.0 Digital Solutions. The role requires strong expertise in contract administration, bidding, and cost management across multi-sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including review, negotiation, execution, variations, and claims
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and Saudi regulations
- Support material estimation, budgeting, cost control, and commercial forecasting
- Lead bid and tender activities, including commercial proposals and risk assessment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor deliverables, milestones, payments, and invoicing
- Manage stakeholder, vendor, and subcontractor relationships
Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLC, Instrumentation, MBS, and Industrial 4.0 solutions
- Experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in contract management within automation or digital projects
- Proven expertise in commercial negotiations, bidding, and contract administration
