Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager – Projects to manage and support contracts related to Instrumentation, SCADA, PLC, MBS, Smart Cities, and Industrial 4.0 Digital Solutions projects. The role involves contract administration, commercial management, bidding support, material estimation, and coordination across project lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
Contract & Commercial Management
- Manage full contract lifecycle from tender stage to project close-out.
- Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, amendments, and variation orders.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and Saudi regulations.
- Handle contractual risks, claims, disputes, and commercial correspondence.
Material Estimation & Cost Control
- Support material estimation and costing for:
- Instrumentation Systems
- SCADA & PLC Systems
- MBS & Industrial Digital Solutions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor commercial offers.
Bid & Tender Support
- Support tendering and bidding activities including:
- Commercial proposals
- Costing & pricing
- Contractual risk assessment
- Review tender documents, specifications, and contractual terms.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and project teams during bid stages.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance teams.
- Monitor deliverables, milestones, invoicing, payment terms, and final accounts.
- Support variation orders and project claims management.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
- Support commercial negotiations to achieve best project outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management within automation, instrumentation, or digital solutions projects.
- Strong experience in commercial negotiations, bid support, and contract administration.
