Role Overview
We are looking for a Contracts Manager to lead contract administration, ensure compliance, and protect the company's commercial and legal interests across projects.
This role plays a key part in managing client relationships, handling contractual risks, and supporting project teams with strategic contract guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and manage contract terms to safeguard company interests and ensure compliance
- Provide contractual advice and support to project and operations teams
- Handle claims, variation orders, and contractual disputes with clients
- Maintain accurate records of contract modifications and correspondence
- Monitor contractual compliance and identify risks or gaps
- Manage responses to client/consultant requests while maintaining strong relationships
- Ensure subcontractors and vendors comply with contractual obligations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure full contract alignment
- Review tender documents and highlight risks, gaps, or inconsistencies
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in contract management (Construction / O&M / FM environment preferred)
- Strong experience in contract administration, claims, and variation orders
- Solid understanding of contractual conditions and dispute resolution
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and contractual risks
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the engineering and facility management industry
