Role Overview

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to lead contract administration, ensure compliance, and protect the company's commercial and legal interests across projects.

This role plays a key part in managing client relationships, handling contractual risks, and supporting project teams with strategic contract guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and manage contract terms to safeguard company interests and ensure compliance
  • Provide contractual advice and support to project and operations teams
  • Handle claims, variation orders, and contractual disputes with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of contract modifications and correspondence
  • Monitor contractual compliance and identify risks or gaps
  • Manage responses to client/consultant requests while maintaining strong relationships
  • Ensure subcontractors and vendors comply with contractual obligations
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure full contract alignment
  • Review tender documents and highlight risks, gaps, or inconsistencies

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in contract management (Construction / O&M / FM environment preferred)
  • Strong experience in contract administration, claims, and variation orders
  • Solid understanding of contractual conditions and dispute resolution
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and contractual risks
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the engineering and facility management industry
