About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the complete contract lifecycle, ensuring contractual compliance, minimizing commercial risks, and supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Identify legal and commercial risks and recommend mitigation plans.
Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams.
Manage contract amendments, renewals, and claims.
Maintain contract documentation and reporting.
Support tender and bid preparation activities.
Resolve contractual disputes and commercial issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of contract management experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and procurement processes.
Experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or corporate environments is preferred.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Requirements
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Saudi Nationality is required.
