Contract Manager

This is an on-site contract role for a Contract Manager based in Abu Dhabi. The Contract Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements. The role involves ensuring compliance with contract terms, addressing and resolving disputes, analyzing contracts to identify risks and opportunities, and managing relationships with clients and vendors. The Contract Manager will also monitor contract performance and work closely with legal teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal agreements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relationship management and effective communication
• Problem-solving, dispute resolution, and risk analysis expertise
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage contractual activities efficiently
• Experience in facilities management or similar industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
