seeking a Contracts Specialist to join a reputable local entity in Abu Dhabi.
Key Requirements:
- Emirati
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in legal affairs and contracts management
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of United Arab Emirates laws and regulations
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (Arabic & English)
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents
- Provide legal advice and support to internal departments
- Ensure compliance with applicable United Arab Emirates laws and internal policies
- Coordinate with external legal advisors when required
