Role Description

We are seeking a Contracting Manager for a contract-based on-site role in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Contracting Manager will oversee and manage contract operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and client specifications. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, identifying risks, managing contractor relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met. Additionally, the role involves monitoring contract execution and addressing any issues or disputes that may arise.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in contract review, negotiation, and management
• Strong understanding of construction management practices and industry standards
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve contract disputes
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations and compliance, especially in construction
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors is an added advantage
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly beneficial
• Minimum experience 15 years
