Role Description The Contracting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing contracts with hotels, transport providers, activity operators, and other tourism partners to ensure competitive rates and high-quality services. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, evaluating supplier performance, maintaining a robust partner database, and ensuring contract terms support the company's commercial goals and service standards. The Contracting Manager collaborates closely with sales, operations, finance, and product teams to align partner offerings with customer needs and platform requirements. The role also involves monitoring contract compliance, resolving issues with suppliers, and continuously optimizing partnerships to enhance traveler satisfaction and profitability

Qualifications

* Minimum 7 years of experience in Contracting, preferably within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry.

* Strong experience in reading, reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts.

* Excellent vendor relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.

* Strong organizational and leadership skills.

* Ability to analyze market trends, pricing structures, and profit margins.

* Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and execute tasks efficiently.

* Proficiency in maintaining contract documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality, Law, or a related field.

* Excellent written and spoken English is required.

* Previous experience in a tourism platform, travel agency, or Destination Management Company (DMC) is a strong advantage.
