Job Description

Profile Summary:

Administers assigned contracts, including correspondences control to ensure that all incoming correspondences are contractually addressed, preparing various types of minutes of meetings, monitoring contractors commercial submittals conformance to commercial terms required in General and Special Conditions, monitors contractors technical submittals subject to Liquidated Damages conformance to commercial terms required in contracts and coordinates with the engineering team to ensure that the submittals have been received.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Tracks and reporting logs such as Insurance log, change notices log, amendment log, invoice log, back charge log, claims logs, submittal logs, reports for actual payment against actual progress.
  • Prepares and issue contract change notices and drafts of a contract's amendment and follows up the implementation of changes incorporated in the signed amendments.
  • Implement progress payment process to customers according to contract provisions for payment of various items of the work against contract pay items and values and ensure that the personnel responsible have completed the functional review of invoices.
  • Ensures that the invoices are processed and follows up the payment of the Contractor to be paid in a timely manner including the adjustment of the advance payment guarantee to ensure the coverage of remaining value.

Qualifications Required:

  • Engineering Degree/Background. (Civil, Construction, Electrical, Mechanical or other Engineering discipline degree)
  • 2-5 relevant experience in / Contracts Administration with engineering consulting/ contracting companies.
  • knowledge of general procurement/contracting principles, EPCM/pro forma contracts.
  • Proficient in English oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
