Job Summary: They are looking for an experienced Contracts & Administration Manager with a minimum of 10 years in the real estate and construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all contractual and administrative aspects of their projects, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. The selected individual will bring a wealth of knowledge, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in negotiating and managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal and project teams to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized contract repository.
  • Administration:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions related to project management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and project administration.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Work closely with project teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control:
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets related to contracts and administration.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage cost control measures.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, project administration, and compliance.
  • Provide management with insights and recommendations based on contract and administration metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts and administration within the real estate and construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and management.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the construction sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
