Job Description

  • Support supplier sourcing, obtain competitive quotations, and review market prices regularly.
  • Ensure purchase requests align with budgets, annual plans, and inventory availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, follow up on orders, review samples, and maintain procurement records.
  • Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities and order status.
  • Audit legal and official documents before initiating contracts with suppliers.
  • Draft, review, and update contract clauses in alignment with policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate contract signing, maintain original copies, and manage contract updates or amendments.
  • Monitor contract validity, renewals, and supplier compliance with agreed terms and service levels.
  • Report deviations from contractual terms and support resolution of issues or disputes.
  • Coordinate supplier payments and maintain organized archives of all procurement and contract documents.
