We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential high-speed rail bid project in the UAE. All positions are full-time, UAE-based, and require strong GCC experience, with preference given to candidates with HSR project exposure.

About the Role:

We are inviting expressions of interest for an experienced Contracts & Commercial Manager - Rail Systems, Power, Rolling Stock, Depot & Track (RSSTDP) to support a potential High-Speed Rail (HSR) programme.

This role will manage commercial governance, contracts administration, and cost control for complex multidisciplinary engineering packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract administration for systems and infrastructure packages.
• Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and commercial reporting.
• Manage claims, variations, and contract negotiations under FIDIC frameworks.
• Support procurement and tendering for specialist rail systems.
• Provide commercial input to risk and change management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial or contracts management within infrastructure/rail.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts is essential.
• HSR or Rail Systems experience preferred.
• UAE / GCC regional experience highly desirable.
