We're Hiring | Contracts Consultant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Consultant Supervisor to join our Legal Affairs team in Riyadh.

The role will be responsible for supervising the review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of commercial contracts, providing contractual legal advice, assessing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with Saudi laws, internal policies, and governance requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law, Sharia, or a related legal discipline

• 6–8 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong focus on commercial contracts

• Strong hands-on experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation

• Solid knowledge of Saudi contractual and commercial laws and regulations

• Experience in contractual risk assessment, claims, disputes, and legal advisory

• Previous experience supervising or guiding legal team members

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Professional proficiency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent Arabic communication skills

Experience within a large, diversified or multi-business organization and exposure to sectors such as real estate, retail, malls, entertainment, F&B, hospitality, technology, procurement, or services will be an advantage.
