Minimum 10 years post-qualification/post-graduate experience of which 05 years in contracting field.
Experience:
Experience with FIDIC and/or NEC or other industry related contracts and contracting methods and arbitration is essential.
Experience in contract administration, claims and disputes in Construction, Design & Build, EPC and EPCM environments.
Experience in contract administration of major building, infrastructure and industrial related projects with either an engineering company, employers or contractors
Experience in and clear understanding of contracts, insurances and applicable laws
Technical Competencies
Drafting and reviewing correspondences with both Client and Vendors.
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, coordinating with stakeholders as required and maintaining documentation.
Supporting cost control and payment processes.
Mitigating contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle till successful closing.
Reporting to Head office Contracts Department.
The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
