Contracts Manager

Currie & Brown is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team in Dubai with Data Centre/ Infrastructure experience.

What will you be doing

• Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
• Maintaining Client relationships and delivering commercial and contracts reports according to the clients requirements.
• Manage the contract lifecycle
• Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
• Review and update existing contracts
• Explain terms and conditions to managers and relevant parties
• Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
• Helping develop and implement Commercial Strategies
• Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
• Work with project managers, architects, engineers, owners and others to make sure project goals are met
• Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met.
• Maintain organized system of physical and digital records

What do you need

• Proven work experience as a Contract Manager
• Basic Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
• Excellent writing skills
• Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
• Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Equivalent.
