Job Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all contract-related activities for our projects. The Contracts Manager will ensure the compliance of contract terms, negotiate contract amendments, and mitigate contractual risks to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts for construction projects
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies
  • Review and interpret contract documents to identify risks and responsibilities
  • Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and disputes
  • Monitor contract performance, deadlines, claims, and variations
  • Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices
  • Provide guidance and training to project teams on contractual matters
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts
  • Support the procurement process by providing input regarding contract terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with legal and finance departments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with contract management software and MS Office
  • Ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure
