WE'RE HIRING | CONTRACTS MANAGER – MEP

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: MEP / Engineering & Contracting

Talents Tide is hiring a Contracts Manager for a well-established MEP company that is part of a leading Dubai-based holding group.

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with 7–10 years of relevant experience and a strong MEP background to manage contractual, commercial and claims-related matters across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of MEP contracts from negotiation through completion.
Review, draft and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, amendments and agreements.
Manage contractual claims, variations, extensions of time and notices.
Identify contractual and commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation.
Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance across projects.
Work closely with Project, Commercial, Procurement, Finance and Legal teams.
Provide contractual guidance to project teams and support resolution of contractual issues.
Maintain accurate contractual documentation and records.
Support negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

7–10 years of relevant experience in contracts management.
MEP background is mandatory.
Experience with an MEP contractor / engineering & contracting company is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction and MEP contracts, claims, variations and commercial matters.
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
UAE experience is preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.
